Jenna is a proven advocate for Kanata North with a track-record of representing the interests of Kanata North and delivering results for our community. Her passion for Kanata North is evident in every aspect of her life. She has been dedicated to making our community a better place ever since moving to Kanata in 2002.
Dedication and passion for our community motivated Jenna throughout this campaign as she knocked on over 14,000 doors in Kanata North to discuss issues that matter most to our residents. These conversations are reflected in Jenna’s campaign priorities and commitments: Improving how we move, how we grow and how we thrive as a community.
As an entrepreneur and businesswoman, Jenna understands Kanata North’s needs as a thriving business hub and centre of entrepreneurial opportunities, large and small. As the inaugural executive director of the Kanata North Business Association, Jenna has been a leader in establishing the Kanata North tech community as a world class player, building our community and attracting talent.
Jenna truly cares in making a difference and has been highly engaged in our community since moving here. Alongside her professional advocacy, Jenna has been a long-time volunteer with the Kanata Food Cupboard, the Ottawa Network for Education, Kanata Girls Minor Hockey and the Ruddy Shenkman Hospice.
Jenna is the proud mother of three girls, Riley, Ryan and Brynn, whom she raises in Kanata North with her husband Tim. Her family is her inspiration and the reason she has and will continue to fight for our neighbourhoods to ensure families can flourish. Jenna is determined to create a climate where our businesses boom and to make our community a better place to live and work.
As your representative, Jenna will be a strong and independent voice at City Hall, leading Kanata North into the future with integrity and vision.
